If a possible utterance can be viewed as two different inputs that lead to differing paths, it is usually a symptom of a solution with too broad a scope.
In the event that your use case does require two separate paths for similar inputs, an utterance that is a 100% match with a supplied training example will follow that example's path over that of another training example that may be a general match for its use case.
