Method/API for cloud based dialog initiation

LifePod Solutions, Inc. is developing the proactive-voice based virtual caregiver service that simultaneously monitors and supports loved one as they age-in-place and provides real-time alerts, daily reports and peace of mind to the caregiving team. LifePod provides proactive check-ins, reminders and prompted access to various voice services (e.g., streaming music and news) to help mitigate social isolation for seniors living, often alone, at home. The LifePod service operates according to prescheduled routines which are configured and managed by the senior user’s authorized caregiver, who also benefit from daily reports and configurable alerts or alarms, thereby providing them with greater peace of mind about their remote, senior loved one. Caregivers are generally not co-located with the senior user.

Does Bixby/Viv allow any proactive voice conversation initiation capability? This extension would enable a Viv capsule, developed by a third-party such as LifePod, to initiate a dialog on a Galaxy device including Galaxy Home, if that senior/user has provided their consent, and to manage the dialog between Galaxy device and the user with the capsule that first requests the session initiation.
