Allow bixby to access images on device

I would like to be able to get access to the camera roll on my device, so for example, I would like my capsule to be able to do this "Bixby,  take the last picture from my camera roll and do xyz ".  In my current capsule I would like the user to be able to access the camera roll to add pictures to a database via an external api call.

  And also to allow the capsule to open the camera so that the user can take a photo and send that in to the capsule. We would be able to do a lot more utility capsules with camera rolls and camera access. Please see this video on the https://youtu.be/uPDzMLTDiuo when Bradley talked to the Bixby team. At 31:45, Bradley talked about accessibility on Alexa's what am I holding with camera access. When you open this up with proper user permission model (such as a clear prompt on what capsule is about to access camera / photos) to the third party developers, you will see a lot more utility capsules. This will drive the voice to go beyond fun and cute. Also, I don't think it is a good idea to let capsule access the whole camera roll. Let user choose how many photos the capsule can see. Bixby is multimodal anyway, a confirmation prompt by user would be a good idea than just let the capsules do whatever they want with the camera roll, or to turn on the camera.

  This would also be amazing for enterprise applications ie Inspection apps, OSH at work place etc. 
  I can think of a lot of situations where it would be applicable.
