Slider form element formatting

This is a suggestion for additional keys on the slider element.

I think the original intention of the slider was for small ranges. Currently, larger ranges look a little messy without commas marking off sets of three digits. (ie: 1000000 vs 1,000,000)... Of course the value still would remain numeric, it's just a little more human-friendly to contain commas.

Also, It would be nice to have an optional key that allow for a single value that would precede the limit values  (ie: $10,000 - $20,000)
