Support for vim mode in the IDE Editor

As a developer used to work on all his different projects with vim it's a huge productivity drop to learn how to use a new IDE with new key shortcuts. Support for cli tools that would enable anyone to create plugins for any editor would be best, but in the absence of something like that a vim mode would be an adequate solution that most other major IDEs already provide

  This feature would stop me jumping from the terminal (coding) to IDE (submitting).
