Running a Capsule (e.g. "Run Awesome Service") with no specific intent (capsule NL empty)

Other platforms support launching a capsule without a specific intent. e.g. "Start Quiz of the Day", "Play Sleep Sounds".  It would be nice to also support this feature by designating a default Action in the capsule to run for "no intent".  For reference: https://developer.amazon.com/docs/custom-skills/understanding-how-users-invoke-custom-skills.html#invoking-a-skill-with-no-specific-request-no-intent
