Add triggering of Bixby capsule by means other than voice

I work in the "seniors living alone" area and would like to see capsules invoked by other than just voice. For example Alexa Routines(not Skills) can be invoked by time of day, motion triggers or contact closures. 

A capsule could serve a reminder, encouragement or provide conversation.

Since Samsung's SmartThings capsule is already enabled in Bixby on the phone, device changes could also be detected and trigger capsules

In addition, watch notifications such as steps taken could be turned into a verbal encouragement on their phone, TV or Galaxy Home speaker
