are data-only fact submissions easy?

Thinking about doing a fact based capsule. Is it easy to push data-only updates? i.e if I want to add 100 new facts can I push that easily without a submission review?

  You can maintain your facts in a REST endpoint and call it through Bixby. This will give you the flexibility to update the facts without having to go through a Submission review.

  All submissions are reviewed - if you are just pushing data updates, do note that in the submission notes ("What you would like reviewers to know")
