SSML Audio Support for MP3

The more that Bixby can support the same audio formats as its competitors, the easier it will be for developers to port their voice experiences to Samsung Bixby.

One area is the audio file formats supported by the SSML audio tag. It should be possible for a single file (if created with the correct formats) to be used on Bixby, Alexa, and Google Assistant. See the diagram associated with this Tweet:

The alternative is to convert each SSML audio file to a WAV just to be supported on Bixby. Google Assistant once supported WAV and it is now deprecated. Bixby should support MP3.
