How to add Language Capsule ?

Hello, Good Afternoon, I'm in doubt as to how to add the Voice Assistant package Francisca (Brazil) at Bixby Studio, if that is possible. can you help me ? 

                                         add bixby-mobile-pt-br   

* In Brazil already bixby application in Portuguese voice which is Francisca.
