Bixby sensitivity

When I first used Bixby it was on a samsung note 8. I'm handicapped and have a speech problem. To my amazement Bixby easily understood every thing I requested. Then samsung went to the Oreo operating system and Bixby was pretty much useless, Just a few month ago a new release came out which I tried and it was back.

However, I and others find we have to speak quite loudly before it response. I'm wondering if this could be a future improvement. As an example I have it less than a foot from me and have to speak quite loudly. I also have google and can be in a different room and speak at a normal volume and google catches every word,.

Would truly appreciate this be address in future releases. Thank you!!!
